AT THE SHOW - OPENING TIMES
WOULD ALL EXHIBITORS PLEASE NOTE: THIS SHOW WILL BE HELD UNDER LICENSE FROM DEFRA IN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH ALL THEIR REGULATIONS IN FORCE ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW. Birds will be accepted at the Show Hall only on the Saturday morning from 9.15am to 10.15am Judging to commence 10.30am prompt. The sale of birds at the show must be made through the Sales Steward and will only be sold to exhibitors and / or Club members. No car boot sales are permitted, by order of the Committee. Lifting time will be 3.30 and no birds may be removed from the Show Hall without the permission of the Show Manager
SILENT AUCTION A SILENT AUCTION of birds will be run at the show as in the past. (full details in the schedule) Raffle and seed raffle will be held.
FOOD & BEVERAGES AT THE SHOW
Bacon rolls, tea, coffee will be available for early morning arrivals at the Show Hall and refreshments will be on sale through the day at reasonable cost.
A limited number of FULL ROAST LUNCHES will also be available at a cost of £5. Lunches must be booked in advance and paid for with entry forms. For those not exhibiting, bookings must be made by the closing date for entries by contacting Janet Ralph
